Shelton balances a busy corporate corridor along Route 8 with open farmland that has fed families for generations. That mix of hustle and quiet countryside makes intentional, inward-focused wellness work a natural fit for people here.
Whether you work in one of Shelton's office parks or spend weekends at Jones Family Farms, your sessions happen completely online or by phone. Distance delivery means your schedule and your location never stand in the way of this work.
Shelton sits along the Housatonic River in Fairfield County, a city that once captured the river's energy through dams to manufacture goods as varied as pins and pianos. That industrious spirit never really left. Today Route 8 carries commuters past corporate campuses where a different kind of output is measured in spreadsheets rather than steam. Yet drive toward the edges of the city and the landscape opens up into rolling farmland anchored by Jones Family Farms, a working farm with roots going back 160 years. Shelton even carries a genuinely singular distinction: every Wiffle Ball ever made comes from here, a quirky point of local pride that says something real about the city's character. Rev. Michael Allison offers flower essences, aura sprays, and distance Reiki attunements to people living inside all of that history and everyday motion, reaching Shelton residents entirely across the miles.
