✨ Holistic Healing in Hodgenville, KY
🌐 Distance Healing & Shipped ProductsRev. Michael Allison works with Hodgenville households from Madison Heights, Michigan, so nothing on your end requires a drive down Kentucky Route 61. Flower essences and aura sprays arrive at your LaRue County address, and distance Reiki attunements reach you where you already rest.
Hodgenville counted 3,235 people in 2020 and an estimated 3,379 in 2024, a county seat small enough that most faces repeat. It sits in the valley of the North Fork of the Nolin River, near the center of LaRue County and inside the Elizabethtown metropolitan area.
Most errands here point outward, twelve miles to Elizabethtown on Kentucky Route 61 or twenty-four miles northeast to Bardstown on U.S. Route 31E. Adding another drive for wellness support rarely fits a week, so essences ship to your door and attunements arrive without anyone leaving the valley.
The city takes its name from Robert Hodgen, a local miller, which is the kind of plain origin a river-valley seat tends to earn. For seventy-eight years, from 1826 until 1904, the United States post office spelled the place Hodgensville, with an extra s the town itself did not use. The infobox still lists no nickname and no motto, both fields empty beside that filled-in named-for line. What the lead sentence offers instead is the birthplace of the sixteenth United States president, which is how the rest of the country knows this ground. U.S. Route 31E runs straight through the middle of town and keeps going south, forty-three miles down to Glasgow.
