✨ Holistic Healing in Albany, NY
🌐 Distance Healing & Shipped ProductsPrismatic Flower Essences serves Albany with remote Reiki healing, personalized flower essences by mail, and online consultations.
As New York's historic capital, Albany balances civic bustle with tree-lined neighborhoods where residents increasingly seek natural, restorative wellness.
Session weeks pack the Plaza through the spring, and the tulips come up in Washington Park while the legislature is still sitting. Remote work suits that pace, because no parking garage is involved. Flower essences are hand-mixed in Michigan and put in the mail, so gentle support waits at home rather than on a calendar.
The Dutch put Fort Nassau here in 1614 as a fur post and replaced it with Fort Orange on the mainland in 1624, and the settlement around it was incorporated as Beverwijck, beaver district, in 1652. The English took New Netherland in 1664 and renamed it for the Duke of Albany. Governor Thomas Dongan chartered the city on July 22, 1686, as a strip a mile wide and sixteen miles long. In 1754 delegates from seven colonies met in the Stadt Huys here, where Benjamin Franklin put forward the Albany Plan of Union, the first formal proposal to join the colonies. The capital moved here permanently in 1797, and the Erie Canal reached it in 1825.
