✨ Holistic Healing in High Point, NC
🌐 Distance Healing & Shipped ProductsDistance Reiki and shipped flower essences are here for the makers and families of High Point.
Known worldwide as the furniture capital and its twice-yearly Market, High Point is a working craft town, and its makers and hosts often seek grounding, holistic rhythms to steady the busy show-season pace.
High Point spreads across four counties, so an errand run can cross a county line twice before lunch. Because Reiki is given at a distance, the session happens wherever you already are, at an hour you set. Flower essence blends and aura sprays are mixed to order in Michigan and sent by post to homes across all four counties.
The town is named for a survey note. It sat at the highest point on the 1856 North Carolina Railroad line between Charlotte and Goldsboro, and the name stuck; it was chartered on May 26, 1859. The first furniture factory opened in 1889, the first North Carolina furniture exposition was held here in 1905, and a dedicated Southern Furniture Exhibition Building went up in 1921. That show became the High Point Market, now the largest furniture and furnishings industry event in the world, which twice a year turns a city of this size into something several times its normal population.
